I found this thing on Fb marketplace . I have no words for it. But it appears to be Opel GT based. And has I believe a Ford V8 under the hood. Chevy always has the distributor on the back right? I also posted it on Obscure Cars For Sale. According to a commenter their one was owned by Liberace, and MSRP was 65 grand. In 19 79!

The Joker seems to love kit cars.
^ That’s a Vaydor, which is a rebodied Infiniti G35, also a Joker movie car. Maybe he’s secretly super Oppo and builds them himself?

Seems like it’s the engine that came with it, or at least a similar one. According to Hemmings they came with a “Mercury Cougar 351-cu.in V-8" and a Lincoln chassis.

The 1970s really had a weird obsession with trying to redo the 1930s, but not getting it quite right.

It’s probably straight axel in the rear since it’s on a Lincoln Continental chassis. But yea okay
